The British Crafts Council is launching COLLECT in February 2004 at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. Velvet da Vinci is the only U.S. gallery selected to participate.

COLLECT is the first annual art fair in Britain exclusively for contemporary applied art and decorative art objects. COLLECT will present an unrivalled opportunity to appreciate, buy and commission work from a distinguished selection of galleries and artists.

«COLLECT will be the ultimate opportunity to buy and see the finest works of craft presented by a rich selection of galleries and artists of international reputation. Craft is increasingly recognised as a dynamic art form and this prestigious new event will undoubtedly broaden its audience. The Crafts Council is proud to be working with the V&A.»
Dr. Louise Taylor, Director of the Crafts Council
